A multidisciplinary artist, Naadei returns as the presenter of the Soirée Médias for a 3rd year in a row. She has several collaborations with TV and radio magazines to her credit, as a presenter and content creator. A singer-songwriter, Naadei has been immersed in the musical world for many years and has collaborated with big names, including Wyclef Jean. More recently, she got a role in the series Après le crash.
“I am particularly proud to join the Gala Dynastie team this year! It will be my third time hosting and I feel like I'm starting to be a part of the family. The 8th edition launched under the theme “Build your Dynastie”, and it makes perfect sense for me because by investing in your communities we actively contribute to a more promising future for us and for generations to come.”, declares Naadei, presenter, actress and artist.
After 5 memorable years at the helm of hosting this event, Preach is putting the reins back on a key player in the Quebec comedy scene. The first and only Black woman to graduate from the École nationale du l'humour, Garihanna Jean-Louis quickly established herself as a comedian in Quebec and internationally with her incisive style that reflects both her Haitian origins and her Quebec culture. She is the recipient of numerous awards including: Artist of the Year at ZOOFEST in 2022 and the Prix Gémeaux in 2021, Public Choice Award at Gala Dynastie in 2020 and Revelation of the Year in 2017 and 2018 at the Festival International du Rire Lol Fest Haïti. For the first time, she has been asked to host the prestigious Gala Dynastie Soirée Culture, which will be held on Saturday, April 27, at the Théâtre Maisonneuve in Place des Arts.
